Elite Wattage Return and Refund Policy

  1. General Guidelines:
  • Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for most products. Products must be in new, unused condition with original packaging and all accessories.
  • Manufacturer Policy: Our return and refund policy aligns with the manufacturer's policy. Any specific conditions or exceptions outlined by the manufacturer will apply.
  1. Return Process:
  • Initiating a Return: To start a return, contact our customer service team at sales@elitewattage.com Provide your order number, product details, and reason for return.
  • Authorization: You will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.
  • Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or the return is due to our error. Use a trackable shipping method and provide tracking information to our customer service team.
  1. Refund Policy:
  • Inspection: Upon receipt of the returned product, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria.
  • Refund Processing: If the return is approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Refunds may take additional time to appear on your account depending on your financial institution.
  • Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply for non-defective items. This fee is waived for defective products or returns due to our error.
  1. Non-Returnable Items:

Certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Products that have been used, modified, or installed.
  • Items not in their original packaging.
  • Custom or special-order items.
  • Products explicitly marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase.
