Elite Wattage Return and Refund Policy
- General Guidelines:
- Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for most products. Products must be in new, unused condition with original packaging and all accessories.
- Manufacturer Policy: Our return and refund policy aligns with the manufacturer's policy. Any specific conditions or exceptions outlined by the manufacturer will apply.
- Return Process:
- Initiating a Return: To start a return, contact our customer service team at sales@elitewattage.com Provide your order number, product details, and reason for return.
- Authorization: You will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.
- Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or the return is due to our error. Use a trackable shipping method and provide tracking information to our customer service team.
- Refund Policy:
- Inspection: Upon receipt of the returned product, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria.
- Refund Processing: If the return is approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Refunds may take additional time to appear on your account depending on your financial institution.
- Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply for non-defective items. This fee is waived for defective products or returns due to our error.
- Non-Returnable Items:
Certain items are non-returnable, including:
- Products that have been used, modified, or installed.
- Items not in their original packaging.
- Custom or special-order items.
- Products explicitly marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase.
